I started focusing seriously on my health on the 29th of January 2026, and the results so far have been incredibly encouraging. Since the beginning of this journey, I has lost a total of 14 centimeters across different areas of my body, my overall wellness has improved dramatically.
One of the biggest changes has been in my blood results. My levels, which had always been high in the past, have now dropped to a healthier range. that alone has been a huge milestone and a real motivation to keep going.
Beyong the measurable results, I simply feel fantastic. I have more energy, feel stronger, and have a much more positive outlook on my health and fitness.
A huge part of this progress is thanks to my personal trainer, David O'Shea.
His guidance has been invaluable, especially when it comes to machine work and learning how to use the equipment correctly and safely. The advice and support he has given me have made a real difference and have helped me build confidence in the gym.

Really good PT today. I like the mix of different machines to target specific muscle groups. Dave showed me different techniques to hit the same area and added new exercises also. The educational aspect is beneficial also as it helps me understand why im doing certain exercises. Dave has great patience and takes time explaining.
